How long will my order take to arrive?

Everything is made to order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Once it ships, standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3 to 7 business days, for a total of about 5 to 14 business days from order to delivery.

Can you get my order here for Christmas?

Because every item is printed after you order it, we recommend ordering early for the holidays. Use the 5 to 14 business day window above to count back from your date, and add a few extra days of cushion in December, when carriers are busiest.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our production partner. If you do not see it, check your spam folder, then email us with your order number.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every item is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of taste, fit, or a change of mind. That is why we publish detailed measurements on our size guide. You can read the full refund policy any time.

What if my order arrives damaged, wrong, or lost?

We will always make it right. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you received the wrong item or size, or your order was lost in transit, email us at thepatriotcoupleshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How do I choose my size?

Start with our size guide. It lists the real measurements of our tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies. The simplest method is to measure a piece you already own that fits well and compare.

What are your products made of?

Our tees are Bella + Canvas 3001, made of 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk. Our crewneck sweatshirts (Gildan 18000) and pullover hoodies (Gildan 18500) are a 50% cotton, 50% polyester heavy blend fleece. Everything is unisex.

How should I wash my shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie?

For the longest-lasting print, turn the garment inside out, wash it in cold water with similar colors, and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid bleach, and do not iron directly on the print.

Can my spouse and I order matching pieces?

Yes. Many designs come as matching pairs, and several are made for couples. Order each piece separately in each person's size. You can browse the matching couples Christmas sweatshirts for ideas.

Who are Garrett and Savannah, and are the photos real?

Garrett and Savannah are fictional brand characters we created to show our designs on a typical American couple. Every photo of them on this site is AI-generated. The shop and the products are real, and the shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are printed to order and shipped to you.
